Bryan and I started P90x (workout videos and nutrition plan) about a month ago; It really is everything it claims to be. This is a picture of Bryan attempting to do a push up while Parker perceives the situation as play on the floor and wrestle with Daddy time.

Life is crazy!

Well I finally graduated! Such a relief, but its a hard time to try and enter the workforce. I found out on my graduation day that the seminary program was cutting a ton of positions due to the church hiring freeze and as a result I got rejected :-( This has thrown a wrench into all my career plans so I have had to make a lot of changes. This friday I'm off to Officer Candidate School for two months in order to become an officer in the National Guard while Sarah and the kids will be staying with my parents. Don't forget about them! Sarah could use a friend while I'm gone and now that they will be in the Ogden area, all of you with kids can bring yours over and play with ours! We have a swimming pool that can sweeten the deal...

It is impossible for me to vacume my house... I've got Parker crawling after the vacume cleaner head on, Ammon hooking his train on to the cord, so that when I pull the vacume his train gets pulled along as well, and JAYDEN who uses the other end of the cord as a lasso as if my vacume is his cattle he is trying to catch. Why is it the moment you start to vacume they all want to play?

This will probably shock everyone that I am posting in our role reversal relationship, but don't get used to it because Bryan will still most likely do most of the blogging. I made a new pole in which you will have to read on our left column where it says "deep thoughts by Mr. Jack H." to participate. This is my attempt to keep our blog updated. So please share your thoughts. I hope you enjoy it.

Just wondering...

K, I know you have all forgotten about us already since I broke the #1 rule of blogging to post regularly, but Im going to try this anyway just in case my imaginary audience is still out there. So, I was looking at everyone else's blog and began to notice, or at least I think I noticed, that it was primarily the wives doing the blogging. Should I be worried that Im the husband and Im doing the blogging in our home? Did I stumble upon the online form of scrapbooking? Im starting to question my manliness here so help me out! (I know many of you have probably questioned that already) So, please participate in my poll on the right and/or leave a comment. Thanks!
